The brand needed to reflect colours that give off a luxury feel, a sense that luxury plumbing is what Ambi Smart are offering. With home renovations and luxury bathrooms at the forefront of the business, these four colours were chosen.
We needed to make sure customers could see the high end work that our customer was doing. So we included a live instagram feed which would update daily to show off the most recent projects our customer was working on.
For Ambi Smart, we set up Google Analytics & Google Search Console to ensure we target, measure and track the progress of our work with industry leading SEO tools. We also helped setup Ambi Smart with a booking system that allowed customers to book their services with ease. Unfortunately, Ambi Smart did not want to take payments online as it was thought that it would deter customers. So instead we build the system up so customers could pick a time & service that would suit them. While the booking system informed the correct engineer as well as the customer of the confirmed booking slot. It also sync’d up with the engineer’s google calendar to let him/her know when and where the next job was.
The booking system we chose, allowed multiple engineers, services and working hours to maximise the availability of their engineers. It also allowed 2 way synchronization between the engineers google calendar and the booking system. Essentially a zero touch system from the time it was first launched.

The SEO work we did for Ambi Smart allows them to understand what keywords they’re being shown for in google. This allows them to further optimize the content so they appear in the top spot for those keywords.
